The Process Involved
Wood Selection
Process begins with the careful selection of wood, focusing on its grain, texture and most importantly color according to the design to ensure quality and aesthetics.
Drawing and Wood Cutting
Precise drawings of the desired design are made on the wood, followed by meticulous cutting to match the design specifications.
Cutting the Design Using Hacksaw
A specialized hicksaw blade is employed to intricately cut the design elements, ensuring precision and detail in the pattern.
Scrapping the wood
The wood is then scraped to create a smooth surface and to fit the design cutting in this frame, this is preparing the wood for the inlay process.
Inlay and Polish
Finally, the wood pieces are inlaid into the wood, followed by thorough polishing to enhance the wood's natural beauty and to highlight the intricate design.
